Refund policy

 We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at sally.cheung915@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Flat 2D, Hau Wah House, Shek Lei Estate, 41 Tai Pak Tin Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong.

 If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors such as: stains, malfunctions, damage, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt.

Minor creases on outer packaging that do not affect the product quality. Returns with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories. Malicious or excessive returns. For returns requested due to personal reasons, if you reorder the same item in the future, you will not be able to request a return or refund again.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
